Essentra Executes Share Buyback and Cancellation

Essentra plc (GB:ESNT) has released an update.

Essentra plc has recently bought back 11,500 of its own shares at a uniform price of 176.8 pence per share, as part of a share buyback program initiated on March 29, 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will leave it with 286,742,036 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This action is part of Essentra’s strategy to manage its share capital, and the cancellation will affect the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
