Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the acquisition of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 145.2 pence per share as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated on March 29, 2023. The shares were purchased through Peel Hunt LLP and are slated for cancellation, which will subsequently adjust the total number of Essentra’s voting rights to 287,582,744. This move is part of the company’s capital management strategy.
