Essentra plc has successfully bought back 12,500 of its own shares for cancellation, at a uniform price of 152.5 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program announced in March 2023. This transaction reduces the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, to 287,470,244, which will affect the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
