Essentra Completes Share Buyback and Reduction

Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.

Essentra PLC has reported the buyback of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 177.6000 GBp per share on August 29, 2024, as part of a buyback program initiated in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these purchased shares, which will consequently reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue and affect shareholder voting rights. The buyback and cancellation are part of Essentra’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
