Essentra Completes Share Buyback and Cancellation

Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.

Essentra plc has reported the buyback of 11,500 of its own shares at a uniform price of 164 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated in March 2023. The company plans to cancel the repurchased shares, which will affect the total number of voting rights, setting the new total to 287,694,244 following cancellation. This action forms part of Essentra’s capital management strategy and is in accordance with regulatory requirements.
