Essentra plc, a company specializing in essential components and solutions, has recently bought back 11,500 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 157 pence per share. The shares were acquired through Peel Hunt LLP as part of a buyback program initiated on 29 March 2023 and will be subsequently cancelled. This move will leave Essentra with 287,820,744 ordinary shares in issue, impacting the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
