Essentra plc has announced the appointment of Rowan Baker as their new Chief Financial Officer, effective from November 5, 2024, taking over from Jack Clarke. Baker brings extensive experience to the role, having held CFO positions at Laing O’Rourke and McCarthy Stone plc, and is currently serving as a non-executive Director at FTSE 100 company Vistry Group plc. CEO Scott Fawcett expressed confidence in Baker’s ability to support the company’s growth strategy and operational effectiveness.
