Essentra (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has reported the purchase of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 142.6 to 143.2 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated earlier in March 2023. The company plans to cancel these acquired shares, which will result in 287,632,744 ordinary shares remaining in issue after the cancellation, excluding shares held in treasury. This move will affect shareholders’ voting rights and is in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
