Esseco Industrial S.p.A. has revised its offer price for acquiring Ercros S.A. shares to 3.745 euros each, following a cash dividend payment made to Ercros shareholders. This adjustment reflects the dividend distribution and any future distributions will result in further price modifications to the offer.
