ESR-REIT has successfully issued S$174,750,000 in 6.00% subordinated perpetual securities, as part of their S$750,000,000 multicurrency debt issuance program. This new issuance includes a combination of new securities and additional new securities, with S$74,750,000 being part of an exchange offer that resulted in the cancellation of an equivalent amount of existing securities. The newly issued securities are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) around 21 August 2024.
