ESR-REIT has issued 28,565,627 new units as payment for acquisition fees related to the recent purchases of properties in Japan and Singapore. These new units, part of an interested party transaction, are restricted from sale for one year. This move increases the total units in circulation to over 8 billion, with the manager holding a 2.59% stake.
