ESR-REIT has successfully allocated approximately S$146.8 million of the S$149.6 million raised in their 2021 Equity Fund Raising towards financing acquisition costs, asset enhancements, repaying debt, and covering transaction-related expenses. This accounts for 98.1% of the total proceeds, with the remaining S$2.8 million pending utilization. The deployment of funds aligns with the intended uses declared during the fundraising launch.
