Esprit Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Natasha Chi Yan Wong as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from September 11, 2024. She leaves without any disagreements or issues needing to be highlighted to shareholders. Mr. Wai Kin Ngai, with extensive experience in company secretarial duties and corporate compliance, will succeed her in both roles from the same date.
