David Pevcic and associated entities have reported no change in their holdings of Lithium Universe Limited, but their voting power has been diluted from 25.31% to 22.61% due to the company’s Tranche 2 Placement. Despite the dilution, Pevcic maintains substantial control with over 180 million votes attributed to his ownership.
