ESGold Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement financing of up to $40,000 through the issuance of debenture units. Each unit includes a $10,000 unsecured convertible debenture and 27,777 common share purchase warrants. The funds will be used for administrative expenses and general corporate purposes.
