Escalade (ESCA) just unveiled an update.
Walter P. Glazer, Jr. has announced his plan to retire as CEO and President of Escalade, Incorporated by the end of 2024. He is committed to facilitating a smooth transition to his successor, who will be selected by the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee with the help of an executive search firm. Although stepping down from his executive role, Mr. Glazer expects to remain on the Board of Directors, contingent upon shareholder approval.
