Eros Resources Corp. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the sale of the Bell Mountain gold project to Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. The approval, which took place at their annual general meeting, required a simple majority but saw nearly 99% of votes in favor. The transaction is set to finalize within 7-10 business days following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
