Eros Resources Corp. is moving forward with the sale of its Bell Mountain gold project in Nevada, with the final conditions including TSX Venture Exchange acceptance and Eros shareholder approval slated for a vote on September 24, 2024. The company clarified that certain conditions, such as an updated preliminary economic assessment, are imposed on the buyer, Lincoln Gold Mining Inc., rather than Eros itself. Completion of the sale is expected shortly after meeting all conditions, within 7 to 10 business days.
