EROAD Expands Equity with Incentive Plan Shares

EROAD (ERDLF) has released an update.

EROAD Limited has announced the issuance of 1,379,236 ordinary shares at a price of $0.99 each, as part of its FY24 Short Term Incentive Plan. This issue represents a 0.745% increase in the company’s total shares, bringing the total to 186,396,093 ordinary shares with no treasury stock held. The new shares are set to rank equally with the existing ordinary shares and were authorized by directors’ resolutions under the NZX Listing Rule 4.6.1.
