EROAD ( (NZ:ERD) ) just unveiled an update.
EROAD has appointed Ryan Brosnahan as a non-executive director, effective 1 June 2026, as part of its ongoing board renewal and business transformation. Brosnahan, a veteran financial services and technology executive with more than 25 years of international experience, has led major digital transformation programmes and holds governance and advisory roles across the fintech and payments sectors.
Since October 2025, Brosnahan has served as EROAD’s part-time Chief Transformation Officer, playing a central role in restructuring the executive team, redesigning the regional operating model and sharpening the strategic focus on the ANZ core business. His move onto the board is intended to preserve oversight continuity over key transformation programmes, though he is not currently classified as an independent director under NZX rules and will stand for election at the company’s next annual shareholders’ meeting.
The most recent analyst rating on (NZ:ERD) stock is a Buy with a N$1.63 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on EROAD stock, see the NZ:ERD Stock Forecast page.
