Ernest Borel Holdings Ltd has announced an upcoming change in leadership, with Mr. He Wen stepping down as CEO due to internal job re-arrangement, and Mr. Teguh Halim, the current executive Director and Chairman, set to take over the role from 30 June 2024. Mr. Halim, who has a vast experience in the watch industry and financial business management, will not receive additional remuneration for his new position as CEO. The transition is reported to be amicable, with no disputes or undisclosed concerns affecting the shift in executive management.
