Eric Sprott Invests in Cerro de Pasco Resources

Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc (TSE:CDPR) has released an update.

Investment mogul Eric Sprott has become a significant investor in Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc., following the completion of a non-brokered private placement from which the company raised $3.298 million. Sprott acquired 20 million units through this offering and an additional 17 million shares from an existing shareholder, now holding approximately 9.0% of the company’s non-diluted shares. The funds raised are earmarked for drilling and general corporate purposes, including advancing the Quiulacocha Tailings Project.
