Eqva ASA Successfully Concludes Private Share Placement

Havyard Group ASA (DE:1H2) has released an update.

Eqva ASA announces the successful completion of a private placement of new shares, raising capital for strategic business expansion, M&A transactions, and general corporate purposes. The placement was managed by Clarksons Securities AS and Fearnley Securities AS and included the allocation of 3,125,000 offer shares at NOK 4.8 each. Notably, primary insiders and their associates were allocated shares, and the company anticipates a share capital increase following settlement of the offer shares.
