Eqva ASA Completes Private Placement Funding

Havyard Group ASA (DE:1H2) has released an update.

Eqva ASA has successfully completed a private placement, raising NOK 11.6 million in gross proceeds to fund both current and future expansion opportunities. The placement included an allocation of 2,422,500 shares at NOK 4.8 each, with significant participation from primary insiders and their close associates. After the capital increase, Eqva ASA’s share capital will stand at NOK 3,720,490.80, split into 75,112,316 shares.
