Equity Metals Corporation has successfully completed its non-brokered Premium/Charity flow-through private placement, raising $4,059,200 through the issuance of 13,760,000 units. The proceeds will fund the exploration of new target areas in the Silver Queen project, with a significant drill program already in progress. Additionally, the company paid finder’s fees and issued finder warrants, with all securities under a hold period until October 20, 2024.
