Equinox Gold Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Equinox Gold (ASE) (TSE:EQX) has released an update.

Equinox Gold Corp. reported a successful annual shareholder meeting where all proposed resolutions were passed, including the election of management’s director nominees and the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent auditor. Shareholders also endorsed the company’s executive compensation approach, and the company welcomed Trudy Curran, a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law, governance, and capital markets, to its Board of Directors.
