Equinor ASA has announced that its shares will be traded on the NYSE exclusive of the first quarter 2024 cash dividend starting today, August 19, 2024. The total dividend comprises both an ordinary and an extraordinary cash dividend, each amounting to $0.35 per share in USD. This move is aligned with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act’s continuing obligations and disclosure requirements.
