Equals Group Plc has extended the deadline for potential acquisition offers from Madison Dearborn Partners and a consortium led by Railsr and TowerBrook Capital Partners as they continue their strategic review to maximize shareholder value. The new deadline set by the Takeover Panel for these parties to declare their intentions is now 5.00 pm on 12 June 2024. This extension allows further discussions and due diligence in light of the non-binding proposals already received.
