Equals Group Plc is considering a potential all-cash offer from a consortium that includes Embedded Finance Limited and TowerBrook Capital Partners, with a proposal of 135 pence per share and an additional special dividend. The consortium, which also includes J.C. Flowers & Co., has completed due diligence, but requires more time to finalize negotiations for the offer. The deadline for announcing a firm intention has been extended to December 11, 2024.
