Equals Group PLC, a fintech payments company catering to enterprise and SME clients, has announced a proposed final dividend of 1.0 pence per share, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Shareholders must be on the register by 7th June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which is scheduled for payment on 28th June 2024. The company recommends shareholders to use the Signal Shares portal for secure dividend payments.
