EQTEC plc, a leader in waste-to-value energy solutions, has successfully completed a fundraising effort, raising a total of £1,172,528.15 through the issuance of new Ordinary Shares. The company plans to use the net proceeds along with existing cash resources to bolster general working capital and expedite its strategic initiatives. EQTEC also anticipates the new Ordinary Shares from the WRAP Retail Offer to commence trading on the AIM market around 13 September 2024.
