EQTEC plc, a leader in waste-to-value solutions for new energy infrastructure, has announced a new retail offer aiming to raise £200,000 by issuing up to 20 million new ordinary shares. This offer, exclusively available to existing UK shareholders, allows participation at a discounted issue price of 1p per share, with an investment minimum of £250 per investor. The funds from this offer will support EQTEC’s continued growth and will commence trading on the AIM market on September 13, 2024.
