EQT Holdings Limited Director Michael Joseph O’Brien experienced a change in his interest in the company’s securities, including the partial vesting and lapse of Long-Term Incentive Series 17 share entitlements. Following these changes, O’Brien now holds a direct interest in 40,971 shares and an indirect interest in a total of 107,403 shares and 39,088 share entitlements. All changes were made in compliance with corporate regulations, with no trades occurring during a closed period.
