As of September 25, 2024, Schwartz acquired 224 additional Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, raising her total to 12,546 shares. No share rights were acquired or disposed of, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
