Robert Dalton, director of EQT Holdings Limited, has made an on-market purchase of 1,700 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at a total value of $51,381.55, as reported in the Change of Director’s Interest Notice. This acquisition, dated April 15, 2024, marks a new indirect investment through Dalton Capital Pty Ltd, where Mr. Dalton serves as a Director and is a beneficiary. The transaction does not involve any changes to director’s interests in contracts or occur during a closed period requiring written clearance.
