EQT Holdings Limited has announced a change in the director’s interest, with Mr. David Glenn Sedgwick acquiring 1,109 additional Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $32.1503 each, through an on-market purchase. The transaction, dated 27 June 2024, has increased his indirect holding to 23,500 shares, managed by This Little Black Duck Pty Ltd as trustee for the Glenleith Super Fund, of which Mr. Sedgwick is a director and beneficiary.
