EQT AB, the Stockholm-based global investment firm specializing in private capital and real assets strategies, manages EUR 270 billion in assets under management and advises funds investing across multiple sectors and geographies. The group, rooted in the Wallenberg family’s long-term ownership philosophy, employs more than 1,900 people in over 25 countries.
The company has adjusted its share capital structure by converting 496,056 class C shares, which each carried one-tenth of a vote, into ordinary shares with full voting rights under a previous share program. While the total number of shares outstanding remains 1,171,470,678, the move increases EQT’s total voting rights by 446,450.4, marginally strengthening the influence of ordinary shareholders and simplifying the capital structure without diluting equity.
