EQ Resources Limited (EQR) has fully acquired CRONIMET’s joint venture interest in the Mt Carbine Retreatment JV, taking on all assets, liabilities, and obligations, including offtake agreements. The deal includes the issuance of new ordinary shares valued at US$7.5 million to CRONIMET at a premium, and establishes CRONIMET as the marketing partner for EQR’s Saloro production. This strategic consolidation aims to streamline EQR’s commercial operations and strengthen its foothold in the tungsten market.
