John Balassis, a director at EP&T Global Limited, has altered his financial stake in the company with a recent acquisition of 2,622,650 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.02 each, without disposing of any existing securities. Following the change, Balassis now indirectly holds a total of 3,519,771 fully paid ordinary shares, alongside 5,829,797 unlisted options that he owns directly. This transaction, part of a conditional placement, has significantly increased his indirect holdings while maintaining his direct interests.
