Epsilon Healthcare Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice, announcing that Mr. Xiao (Josh) Cui ceased to be a director of the company as of June 11, 2024. Mr. Cui had substantial holdings through entities he controlled, amounting to 35,928,878 ordinary shares in total. No further interests in contracts or securities registered in his name were disclosed.
