Eprcomunicazione Expands Share Buyback Program

Eprcomunicazione S.P.A. Societa’ Benefit (IT:EPRB) has released an update.

Eprcomunicazione S.p.A., listed on the Euronext Growth Milan, has announced the purchase of 4,550 of its own shares, valued at 5,225.50 euros, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This acquisition increases the company’s total holding to 18,550 own shares, making up 0.66% of its share capital.
