Eplus Inc. Director Resigns to Focus on Senatorial Campaign

Eplus Inc. (PLUS) has released an update.

Eric Hovde, a long-serving Director of ePlus inc., has resigned from the company’s Board of Directors, effective February 20, 2024. His decision to step down is not due to any conflict but rather to concentrate on his senatorial campaign in Wisconsin. During his tenure since 2006, Hovde has significantly contributed to the Board, including roles on the Compensation and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees, and the company has expressed gratitude for his service.
