ePlay Digital Inc. has applied for a Management Cease Trade Order after failing to meet the April 29 deadline for their annual financial filings due to the unexpected departure of their CFO. The company is actively seeking funding to pay for the audit and is working to complete the filings by June 30, 2024. During this period, ePlay’s executives are restricted from trading company shares, though trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange will continue for the general public.
