ePlay Digital Inc. has issued a bi-weekly update on its Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO), confirming a delay in filing its annual financial statements and other required documents originally due April 29, 2024. The Alberta Securities Commission granted the MCTO and ePlay Digital intends to comply with alternative information guidelines, issuing bi-weekly status reports until the documents are filed, expected by June 30, 2024. There have been no material changes or additional defaults since the initial announcement.
