ePlay Digital Inc. has updated stakeholders on the delayed filing of its annual financial statements and accompanying documents for the year ended December 31, 2023, initially due on April 29, 2024. The company, which was granted a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) by the Alberta Securities Commission, anticipates completing the necessary filings by June 30, 2024, and will continue to provide bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines. No material changes or additional defaults have occurred since their last announcement.
