Profit including revaluations jumped to CHF 65.6 million, a successful CHF 70 million capital increase strengthened the equity ratio to 53.5%, and the board will propose a higher dividend of CHF 3.20 per share, as the company readies further rental income growth from new developments and maintains guidance for 2–3% net rental income growth in 2026 amid a volatile macro backdrop.
