The resolution received over 91% approval, indicating strong shareholder support. The Capital Reorganisation will become effective on April 1, 2025, and will involve the issuance of new share certificates to distinguish them from existing ones. Adjustments to the Share Option Scheme will also be implemented in line with the reorganisation, with the number of shares available for issue being adjusted accordingly.
