EPI (Holdings) Limited has announced changes to its board, with Ms. Leung Pik Har, Christine resigning as the Independent Non-executive Director and board committee member effective 8 August 2024. She will be replaced by Ms. Jiao Jie, who brings extensive experience in legal affairs, corporate finance, and initial public offerings, and holds several directorships in other listed companies.
