The latest update is out from IHH Healthcare Bhd ( (IHHHF) ).

Malaysia’s Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF), a substantial shareholder in IHH Healthcare Berhad, has reduced its direct stake via a series of disposals on 26 February 2026. Through various Citigroup Nominees accounts, EPF sold a total of more than 5.5 million IHH ordinary shares.

Following these transactions, EPF’s direct holding in IHH stands at 1,124,743,500 shares, representing 12.729% of the company’s issued ordinary share capital. The change, disclosed to the company on 27 February and received on 3 March 2026, signals a modest portfolio adjustment by one of IHH’s key institutional investors.
