The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) of Malaysia has increased its stake in IHH Healthcare Bhd, acquiring an additional 228,700 ordinary shares, which solidifies its direct interest in the company at 10.947%. The EPF’s total number of securities in IHH Healthcare now stands at 964,092,312 shares. This transaction, reported on September 17, 2024, further strengthens the EPF’s position as a substantial shareholder in the healthcare provider.
